Many of the materials in this section are duplicated in other areas of study, especially the Basic Surveillance Training area. It is very important that the manager restudy these materials from the viewpoint of a manager, even if studied as an operator and supervisor previously. The viewpoint from which one studies has a major effect on the understanding one receives, and an even more major effect on how one implements the understanding.
