Close Watch Operations

Close Watch operations are defined as “Surveillance observation of an individual, area, activity or department, that is maintained for an established period of time to determine the existence of cheating, theft or procedure violation.”

When assigned a Close Watch the investigator is to maintain observation of the subject throughout the assigned period of observation. . .  .
