Protection of Casino Table Games
Casino assets protection is a matter of teamwork. Floor supervisors alone, Surveillance alone, cannot do an effective job of protecting the games from cheating, theft and advantage play.
This requires teamwork, and teamwork requires training. We provide hands-on training to groups of casino supervisory personnel, including
Pit personnel from Floor Supervisor to Casino Shift Manager, Managers and Supervisors from other operations departments, including Slots, Cage, Security and Surveillance Staff
These seminars are designed to train your staff in preventing and detecting theft, cheating, and "advantage play" in your casino. Our training stresses very basic information and teamwork between Operations areas and Surveillance.
Staff learn, hands on, the basics of card counting, shuffle tracking and key card location, and how to quickly determine whether a player is using "advantage play" techniques. Students learn to detect cheating and theft at table games by learning the basics of how it is done, from marked cards to cooler decks and internal theft. Each seminar is unique, designed around the needs and wants of the casino, according to the wishes of the Casino Management or Tribal Council. At your request, I will supply you with resumes detailing our training and experience, and provide both professional and personal references.
